Monitoring
We work with donors and also the potential recipients of donations to agree a schedule for regular reporting back to the donor for the duration of the funded project. This ensures that the donor is aware throughout of the progress made and any challenges that may be encountered. The reports provided are often useful for donors to update their stakeholders.
Impact
Measurement
The increasing use of 'impact measurement' or 'impact assessment'
is of significant benefit to both donors and charities. For donors,
impact measurement enables an understanding of the measurable
results flowing from the funding they have provided. Aside from
the inevitable satisfaction that follows from making a significant
positive contribution to society, the results may also be of importance
to the donor's stakeholders.
There is, however, no
universal standard for measuring impact so we have developed a
comprehensive framework of Key Performance Indicators and principles
that enable effective measurement for almost every scenario.
